Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds. Exchanges are allowed if the product is returned in the original package un-used within 7 days. Shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping charges are not refundable. If the product has been used or damaged while in the possession of the customer, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for the future credit, unless authorized by MotorX Inc. at a depreciated value. Re-stocking fee is 15% of the original price.
